At Alain Trucking Corp, customer satisfaction is important to us. Payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee may apply. Refunds are only considered in cases where services were not provided as agreed due to circumstances within our control.
